Bahá'u'lláh
The name Bahá'u'lláh is an Arabic word which means "The Glory of God." Another spelling is Baha'u'llah (without diacriticals). Other transliterations of this Name are Bahaullah and Baha Allah.

The Bahá'í Faith
Throughout history, God has revealed Himself to humanity through a series of divine Messengers, whose teachings guide and educate us and provide the basis for the advancement of human society. These Messengers include Abraham, Krishna, Moses, Zoroaster, Buddha, Jesus, and Muhammad. Their religions come from the same Source and are in essence successive chapters of one religion from God.

The Bahá’í Encyclopedia Project
This recently launched website features a gradually expanding selection of articles for the study of the Bahá’í Faith. The articles cover a range of topics in the categories of history, biography, teachings and laws, administration and institutions. All the articles bring together information from a variety of sources, many of which can be found only in research libraries and archives. The historical and biographical entries, in particular, include much material that has never been published or has not been available until now in English.
